Nokia E61i Review
Nokia E61i is an enterprise phone loaded with features. It gives Blackberry handsets some serious competition.

The handset fits snuggly in the hand (at least for me)
The design is impressive and has luxury touch added to it due to the metallic finish similar to the 8800
The phone is an upgraded version of the E61 which lacked a Camera and had a primitive browser. But the built of the E61i is much better than the E61. The keypad has undergone a transformation for the better.
Nokia N81 looks likely
The Device profile of yet another phone has been spotted on Nokia’s Developer forum. This time its the Nokia N81
Its a 8 GB slider phone and is a sequel to the N91 8 Gb edition.

Hello Moto becomes Hello Samsung as Motorola looses global market share
Samsung has raced past Motorola for the the 2nd spot in the global market share for mobile phones by shipping about 37 Million mobile phones this quarter.The growing list of handsets the Korean company has in its offering might be the reason.
Things are not so good for Motorola and have not managed something as spectacular since the RAZR about a couple of years back. Motorola’s top management might under go a change .It managed only about 35 Million shipments in the quarter and is seeing huge losses.
Sony Ericsson is till behind with about 25 million shipments.
Samsung’s success can been attributed to hits Ultra Line of handsets and also a lot of Entry level handsets for the emerging markets.(Both Moto and SE are trying to find an answer for this one )
Nokia is the market leader and is expected to announce its results for the quarter in a months time.
Nokia’s new N-gage gaming platform
You might have seen the Nokia N-gage and the Ngage-QD . It was not a big hit but it defintely made the mobile gaming experience a enjoyable one.Nokia is currently working on a new N-Gage gaming platform. Details are expected to be announced any time. Unlike the previous version the new n-gage is expected to be compatible with at least all N-Series phones.
The Graphics looks really good.Will the 3D accelerator in the N95 be powerful enough for 3D Gaming ?

Nokia might be rolling out a 8 GB version of the highly popular N95 to keep out competition from W960 and Apple Iphone

The specs are not clear though apart from the 8 GB storage.
Nokia 8600 Luna announced
The successor to the Nokia 8800 has finally arrived. Aimed to target the luxury phone market, the 8600 Luna has been named so after the Roman god of Moonlight. The body is made of glass and stainless steel similar to the Nokia 880 and the 8800 Sirocco.

Nokia at 3GSM 2007
Nokia unveiled the latest E series at 3GSM 2007. The much slimmer E series range is bundled with a lot of additional features. E65, E61i are the sleek mobiles in dark red and brown black colours. Both devices run on S60 3rd Edition on Symbian OS 9.1. and have WLAN, GPRS and EDGE connectivity. Navigation and usability have been made easy with the “D-ring.” The center is a large square select button, and around it that is a raised, beveled square ring that controls the direction
The E65 has a 240×320 screen (QVGA), camera, MicroSD slot, and WCDMA (3G), EDGE, GPRS and WiFi connectivity whereas the E61i appears to be a tweaked version of E61 and has a QWERTY layout. The other models at the 3GSM 2007 by Nokia were the E90 and 6110.
The E90 has a two stage hinge, one stage that opens fully to put the screen at 90 degrees to the keyboard and a second stage that is adjustable from 90 to 180 degrees. The screen is pretty large anmd website can be viewed without the scrolling and resolution troubles.
The 6110 features Nokia Navigator, which includes many of the features that must be purchased as add ons to Maps like directions and city guides.
The other models were Nokia N77 and 3110. N77 has stereo Bluetooth support, microSD memory card slot, a 2 megapixel camera and 3G support with video calls. On the other hand 3110 is a perfect mid range phone with 1.3 megapixel camera, a stereo FM radio, Bluetooth, Infrared and tri-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE support.

Nokia has tied up with Vox and the phone might be preconfigured for direct media uploads. The N93i could be called the N93 on a diet. It looks
the same apart from the metallic touch and the slight weight reduction.
