Carl Pei, the former co-founder of OnePlus, revealed in March this year that his new startup, Nothing, would debut an Android smartphone later this year, presumably in “summer”. However, besides the device’s name, Pei left many specifics secret. But now we have further hints to follow. Nothing phone (1) sale partners including Flipkart announced

Carl Pei’s Nothing brand will release its first smartphone, the nothing phone (1), this summer, 2022. The company revealed some details about the upcoming phone in March, and now it has unveiled some critical partnerships in an attempt to roll out the phone globally. Nothing has teamed up with the UK’s O2, Germany’s Telekom Deutschland, and India’s Flipkart to make the gadget available in those markets. Nothing phone (1) with Snapdragon SoC, Nothing OS coming later this year

At its online event – The Truth, Nothing has announced that it will launch the phone (1), the company’s first smartphone powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon mobile platform, in Summer 2022. The company’s CEO and Co-founder Carl Pei also confirmed that the phone will run Nothing OS, which is built on an open and seamless ecosystem.
