OPPO Reno8 with 6.4″ FHD+ 90Hz AMOLED display, Dimensity 1300, 50MP Sony IMX766 sensor launched in India for Rs. 29,999

OPPO just launched the Reno8, the company’s latest smartphone in the Reno8 series in India, as it had promised. It retains the 6.4-inch FHD+ 90Hz AMOLED screen, but replaces the Dimensity 900 SoC with the Dimensity 1300 SoC. It has 8GB of RAM, comes with OPPO’s Super-Conductive VC Liquid Cooling System and runs Android 12 with ColorOS 12.1. The company has promised 2 years of major Android updates and 4 years of security updates for the phone. OPPO Reno8 Pro+ with 6.7″ FHD+ 120Hz AMOLED display, Dimensity 8100-MAX, Reno8 Pro with Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 and Reno8 announced

After weeks of rumors, OPPO finally showed off its Reno8 series of smartphones in China, as it had announced. The Reno8 has a MediaTek Dimensity 1300 chipset and 80W of charging. The Pro model has Qualcomm’s new Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 chipset, and the Pro+ has a Dimensity 8100 Plus. OPPO Reno8 series coming on May 23; Snapdragon 7 Gen1 and Dimensity 8100 models expected

After rumours, OPPO has officially confirmed the launch of Reno8 series, the company’s next range of mid-range 5G smartphones and the successor to last year’s Reno 7 series in China on May 23rd. The company has not revealed any details about the phones, but based on the rumours, there could be three models, including one with the Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 SoC that is expected to be introduced on May 20th.
