LG has started rolling out Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean) update for the Optimus Vu 2 in Korea. The LG Optimus Vu 2 was launched in Korea back in September with Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich). LG confirmed Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean) update for range of high-end devices including, Optimus LTE 2, Optimus G, Optimus Vu and Optimus Vu 2 last year. LG is yet to launch the Optimus Vu globally, but the specs for the Optimus Vu 2 has surfaced on a Korean blog Bad IT Tong. The LG Optimus Vu 2 would retain the same 5-inch (1,024 x 768 pixels) IPS display with 4:3 Aspect Ratio but it would have a 1.5 GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 MSM8960 processor instead of a Snapdragon Scorpion processor. It would have 2GB of RAM instead of the 1GB RAM in the Vu and would come with Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich).
