POCO F1 MIUI 12 Software Update Tracker [Update: MIUI 12.5 / 12.5 Enhanced not coming]

Xiaomi’s sub-brand POCO launched the POCO F1 smartphone in India back in August 2018 running MIUI 9.6 Global Stable on top of Android 8.1 (Oreo). POCO F1 currently runs Android 10 based MIUI 11, and is confirmed to get MIUI 12 in the coming months. Xiaomi doesn’t follow any fixed update frequency for the MIUI Global Stable ROM but on average, the Global Stable ROM is updated once in 20-40 days. Android 11 based Pixel Experience — Overview and First Impressions on POCO F1

Pixel Experience is amongst the popular AOSP based custom ROMs that aims towards providing a Pixel-like stock Android experience. It takes a no-bloat approach along with Pixel exclusive goodies to provide users pure vanilla Android experience. A couple of days back, Pixel Experience project developers released Android 11 based beta builds for various devices. We installed Android 11 based Pixel Experience on our POCO F1 unit, and here is our overview and first impression post to walk you through its features and installation procedure.

Get Android 10 on POCO F1 with Pixel Experience

Xiaomi’s sub-brand POCO launched the POCO F1 smartphone in India back in August 2018 running MIUI 9.6 Global Stable on top of Android 8.1 (Oreo) and later updated it to Android 9.0 in December 2018.
