Qualcomm has officially announced that the upcoming Windows Phone 8 devices would be powered by their Snapdragon S4 processors. Microsoft announced the Windows Phone 8 yesterday and have partnered with Nokia, Samsung, HTC and Huawei to bring Windows Phone 8-enabled devices starting later this year.
