Earlier this month OPPO and Amazon India partnered to introduce the Realme smartphone brand, and it had promised it has launched the Realme 1 smartphone in the country. It packs a 6-inch FHD+ display with 1.98mm slim bezels on the sides and 84.8% screen-to-body ratio, but it doesn’t have a notch like the OPPO A3 that was introduced recently. It is powered by the MediaTek Helio P60 12nm SoC with up to 6GB of RAM and runs on Android 8.1 (Oreo) with ColorOS 5.0 on top. After teasing a new brand yesterday, Amazon India has officially announced the launch of its new Realme brand in partnership with OPPO. It also said that the first phone – Realme 1 will launch with them exclusively on May 15th. This reveals Black Diamond version of the phone with triangular-cut patterns that shimmer bright and dark shades when seen from different angles, same as the OPPO F7. Last week OPPO introduced A3 with similar Diamond patterns on the back, so the Realme 1 could be a cheaper version with a similar design.
