Xiaomi launched the Redmi 5A smartphone recently. We already brought you the review of the phone, here we have the battery life test results of the phone. It packs a 3000mAh (typical) / 2910mAh (minimum) built-in battery, has a 5-inch HD display, is powered by Snapdragon 425, has 2GB or 3GB of RAM and runs on Android 7.1.2 (Nougat) with MIUI 9. Xiaomi just announced the launch of a new Redmi smartphone on November 30th, few weeks after the launch of new Redmi Y1 and Redmi Y1 Lite in the new ‘Y series’ in the country. The company is calling it Desh Ka Smartphone, so it will likely be the a budget smartphone. This could the Redmi 5A that was introduced in China last month as the successor to the Redmi 4A. Even the image in the teaser looks somewhat similar to the Redmi 5A.

Xiaomi just announced Redmi 5A, its latest budget 4G smartphone in the Redmi series and the successor of last year’s Redmi 4A in China without much changes. It has a 5-inch HD display, is powered by a quad-core Snapdragon 425 processor and runs on MIUI 9 based on Android 7.1 (Nougat).
