Redmi Note 7 Pro MIUI Software Update Tracker [Update: MIUI 12.5 rolling out widely in India]

Xiaomi launched the Redmi Note 7 Pro smartphone in India back in February running MIUI 10.2 Global Stable on top of Android 9.0 (Pie). The smartphone has already started receiving Android 10 based MIUI 12 update in India.

Get Android 10 on Redmi Note 7 Pro with OxygenOS port

Xiaomi launched the Redmi Note 7 Pro smartphone in India back in February last year running MIUI 10.2 Global Stable on top of Android 9.0 (Pie). The smartphone has already started receiving Android 10 update along with MIUI 12 in India, but limited to Pilot testers only for now. Redmi Note series devices usually have a great custom ROM development, and Redmi Note 7 series is no exception to the family.

Oxygen OS is amongst popular Android skin that offers smooth experience along with a decent amount of customizations without much bloatware. A couple of months ago, we had tried Android 10 based Oxygen OS ported ROM on our Redmi Note 7  (lavender). Recently developers ported Android 10 based Oxygen OS to Redmi Note 7 Pro (Violet), we tried it on our unit and here is our review of the same.

Xiaomi launched the Redmi Note 7 Pro smartphone in India back in February last year running MIUI 10.2 Global Stable on top of Android 9.0 (Pie) and it was amongst the popular mid-range devices in 2019. Get Android 10 on Redmi Note 7/7S with OxygenOS port

Xiaomi launched the Redmi Note 7 smartphone in India last year in February running MIUI 10.2 Global Stable on top of Android 9.0 (Pie) and launched the updated Redmi Note 7S with 48 MP rear camera later in May running MIUI 10.2 Global Stable on top of Android 9.0 (Pie). Redmi Note 7 and Redmi Note 7S share same codename ‘lavender’, MIUI 11 update for both the devices were rolled out in November. Xiaomi announces MIUI 11 Global Stable Beta testing for various devices

Xiaomi announced the latest iteration of its own proprietary Android skin MIUI, dubbed MIUI 11 along with Redmi Note 8 and Redmi Note 8 Pro back in October in India. The company claims to have rolled out MIUI 11 Global Stable update for as many as 27 devices in just 47 days in a 4-staged rollout schedule. Get Android 10 on Redmi Note 7 Pro with Pixel Experience ROM

Xiaomi launched the Redmi Note 7 Pro smartphone in India back in February running MIUI 10.2 Global Stable on top of Android 9.0 (Pie) and even after 6 months of launch, it is one of the most popular smartphones in the market. Earlier this month, Android 10 update started rolling out to Pixel series of devices and Essential phone, Xiaomi also started rolling out Android 10 based MIUI 10 update for the Redmi K20 Pro.
