Samsung updated their ChatON messenger app to version 3.5 for Android earlier this month that brought new features. At an event Samsung India has revealed that the ChatON 3.5 would also offer instant message translation between English and Hindi. It also supports 14 Indian languages and has Indianized Anicons or animated icons. It also detailed more feature aimed at Indian users. Samsung announced their cross-platform messaging application ChatON two years back during October 2011. Earlier this year, in May, Samsung announced that their ChatON application had an user base of 50 Million and just four months later, they are now announcing that the user base has doubled since May and now a total of 100 Million users use Samsung’s cross-platform messaging application – ChatON.
