Samsung has started rolling out Android 4.4 (KitKat) update for the WiFi variant (SM-P600) of the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 Edition starting from Columbia. Samsung confirmed Android 4.4 update for 14 Galaxy devices in the U.S, including the Note 10.1 2014 Edition, earlier this year. It was launched last year running Android 4.3 (Jelly Bean). Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 Edition launched in India for Rs. 49990
Samsung has launched the Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) (SM-P601) in India. It was announced at the IFA 2013 last month as an upgrade to the last year’s Note 10.1 that was launched in India as Galaxy Note 800. It packs a 10.1-inch (2560×1600 pixels) TFT LCD display, powered by a 1.9 GHz quad-core Exynos 5 Octa processor and runs on Android 4.3 (Jelly Bean) with Samsung TouchWiz UI on top. It has a 8-megapixel auto focus rear camera with LED flash, BSI sensor and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera. It comes with a S Pen stylus with a lot of features such as S Note(Easy Chart), S Planner and Air Command: Action Memo, Scrapbook, Screen Write, S Finder, Pen Window.
