Samsung and NTT docomo has announced LTE-enabled Samsung GALAXY Note SC-05D in Japan in their Docomo NEXT series. Samsung launched the Galaxy Note last October that has reached 5 million shipments globally. It has 5.3-inch (1280 x 800 pixels) HD Super AMOLED display , 1.5 GHz dual-core processor, Android 2.3 (Gingerbread), 8 megapixel AF camera with flash, Full HD (1080p) video recording and playback, 2 megapixel front-facing camera for video calls.
