Samsung launched the Galaxy On5 in India recently for Rs. 8,990. We brought you the review of the smartphone recently, here we have its battery life test results. The Galaxy On5 packs a 2600mAh Lithium Ion removable battery, slightly smaller than 3000mAh battery on the Galaxy On7. The Galaxy On5 is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core Exynos 3475 processor and has a 8-megapixel rear camera, while the Galaxy On7 is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core processor Snapdragon 410 processor and has a 13-megapixel rear camera.

Samsung has sent invites for the launch of new smartphones at an event in Delhi tomorrow, November 3rd. According to its recent teaser, these are likely to be Galaxy On5 and Galaxy On7 smartphone in the new On series that went official in China recently. The Galaxy On5 and Galaxy On5 smartphones have 5-inch and 5.5-inch HD displays, respectively. These run on Android 5.1.1 (Lollipop), pack 1.5GB of RAM, 8GB of internal storage with expansion slot, 4G LTE connectivity and dual SIM support.

Now the Galaxy On7 (SM-G600) has been listed on Samsung China website (Via) that also confirms the Galaxy On5. The Galaxy On5 and Galaxy On7 smartphones have 5-inch and 5.5-inch HD displays, respectively. The Galaxy On5 is powered by a quad-core Exynos 3475 processor and has a 8-megapixel rear camera, but the Galaxy On7’s quad-core processor is clocked at 1.2GHz (could be Snapdragon 410) and it has a 13-megapixel rear camera.
