Android 4.3 (Jelly Bean) update for the Google Play editions of the HTC One and the Samsung Galaxy S4 has finally started rolling out. This comes soon after both the HTC and Samsung releases the Kernel source code online. The Android 4.3 update for the Google Nexus devices started rolling out last week, soon after the announcement.
