Both these were announced at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona last week, pack a 5.1-inch Quad HD and 5.5-inch Quad HD Super AMOLED always-on displays, respectively. These are powered by an Octa-Core Exynos 8 Octa 8890 SoC, run Android 6.0 (Marshmallow), come with a 12-megapixel Dual pixel rear camera with LED flash, OIS and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. Samsung is all set to launch the company’s flagship Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 edge smartphones in India at an event in Delhi tomorrow. We have got hold of the pricing for 32GB variants of both the smartphones. The Galaxy S7 is expected to be priced at Rs. 49,000 and the Galaxy S7 edge is expected to be priced at Rs. 59,000. It has a 5.1-inch Quad HD (2560×1440 pixels) 577 PPI Super AMOLED display, similar to the S6, but this has always-on feature. It is powered by a Quad-Core Snapdragon 820 or Exynos 8 Octa 8890 processor depending on the market, runs on Android 6.0 (Marshmallow), has a 12-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, OIS and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. Samsung will unveil the Galaxy S7 and S7 edge smartphones at an event tomorrow. Now the specifications of the smartphone have been detailed in a Samsung Pay promotional poster from a Spanish bank La Caixa. Sammobile who got hold of this poster, also reveals that both the smartphones will come with a 12MP rear camera with 1/2.5-inch sensor, at least 1.4-microns, 8-megapixel front-facing camera and powerful 1.5W loudspeaker.
