Smartron has launched t.phone at an event in Hyderabad as it had promised. It has a 5.5-inch 1080p AMOLED display with Corning Gorilla 3 protection, is powered by an Octa-Core Snapdragon 810 processor and runs on Android 6.0 (Marshmallow). It has a 13-megapixel rear camera with dual-tone LED flash, phase-detection auto-focus (PDAF) and a 4MP front-facing camera. Smartron, an IoT company which received investment from Sachin Tendulkar recently launched its t.book 12.2-inch 2-in-1. It already promised to launch its t.phone, it’s first smartphone with a 5.5-inch screen at a separate event in Hyderabad on April 18th, but it got delayed.
