Pros and Cons – Sony Ericsson Vivaz

The Sony Ericsson Vivaz is a Device that certainly splits Minds. Some like it, some hate it with Passion. I see myself in the Middle, with a slight Drift into the Haters Side to be honest. I took this as a Reason and decided to do something my good Friend and highly respected female Blogger Rita El Khoury likes to do and do a List of Likes/Hates about the SE Vivaz!

Video: Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 to be released with Android 2.0 ?

Something very very interesting popped up in my News Reader today: René, from the highly recommended german Website mobiflip.de has attended the CeBIT recently and amongst some other latest Devices, such as the latest HTC Bangers Legend and Desire, he also had a play with the long-awaited Sony Ericsson Xperia X10. The interesting Part? Well, the Demo Girl confirmed to René that the X10 will indeed be released with Android 2.0 on it! The Demo Device had 1.6 on it and to be honest, I’m again not too impressed with what i was seeing. The Device was obviously still lagging and did not do the Overall Impressions any Favors.

Nokia 5530 XpressMusic Photo Gallery

The Nokia 5530 XpressMusic was the second touchscreen-only Symbian phone to come from Nokia. Building after the popular success of the 5800 XpressMusic, it brings a bit less features (no GPS, no 3G), making it smaller and more affordable than the 5800. For those of you who were scared by the chunkiness or lack of style in the 5800’s design, the 5530 XpressMusic is a great alternative to consider.

Sony Ericsson Satio VS Nokia N97, 5800 XpressMusic And X6

Yes, you read that post title right. We outdid ourselves, by a long shot on this article. Not only did we land a prototype of the Sony Ericsson Satio and show it to you in intricate details, but we were also able to pit it head to head against its concurrence, with Nokia’s current lineup of similar S60 5th Edition devices: the Nokia N97, 5800 XpressMusic and the most recent X6.

The comparison will look shortly at the software differences between the Satio and the current S60 5th Edition UI from Nokia (which we will develop in another post with some very long video reviews), then it will focus at the hardware side-by-side comparison with the 3 devices.

Video: Nokia X6 Walk-Through at the Concept Store @ Nokia World

The Nokia X6 [pics] is one of the coolest looking nokia music phones so far.
