The National e-Governance Division (NeGD) has announced the integration of the UMANG app with the DigiLocker wallet app. With the latest version of the DigiLocker app, users are provided an option at the bottom to access the UMANG portal, offering a wide range of government services within a single platform.
At the 5th Global Conference on Cyberspace, Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched UMANG (Unified Mobile Application For New-age Governance) app in an aim to bring e-governance on a unified platform, making it accessible to all citizens to access myriad e-gov services with ease.
