Vodafone has reduced the price of their 3G plans for post-paid customers as well. They launched new 3G plans for pre-paid customers last week. Rs. 100 plan now offers 300MB of 3G data usages similar to the new pre-paid plan. Rs. 200 plans offers 500MB and the Rs. 375 plan now offers 1.5GB of 3G data that was previously 1GB. Almost 4 years ago, LTE (Long Term Evolution) was launched and right now it’s available in several parts of the world, and it’s available in USA via Verizon and AT&T. Now LTE is finally arrived in Europe as Vodafone Germany commercially launched it in Düsseldorf, Germany – Along with Europe’s first ever device known as HTC Velocity 4G (HTC Vivid 4G), and it will be available earlier next month. LTE will be available in all over Germany by late 2012, covering 90% of the country, and they hope to reach 16 million households.

Vodafone has issued a warning note to ignore such calls and not call back on those numbers. Some have also reported that people are being charged Rs.45 per minute if they call back to such numbers. It is priced at just Rs.4995 or under $100 for a 3G Android Phone, not bad at all.
