Samsung has introduced world’s largest 30.72 terabyte (TB) solid state drive (SSD), PM1643 for use in enterprise storage systems. It comes in a 2.5-inch form factor, and leverages Samsung’s latest V-NAND technology with 64-layer, 3-bit 512-gigabit (Gb) chips.
