WhatsApp starts rolling out group privacy settings globally including new Blacklist feature

Earlier this year, WhatsApp rolled out new privacy settings for Groups that allowed users to choose who can add them to Groups. WhatsApp will end support for iOS 8 and older, Android 2.3 and older devices from February 2020

Back in 2017, WhatsApp announced that it will continue to support Android 2.3 till 2020 and earlier this year, the company confirmed that it will stop support for Windows Phone at end of 2019. Now, WhatsApp has announced that it will not support iOS 8.0 and older, Android 2.3.7 and older from February 2020.

WhatsApp said to be working on option to share Status to Facebook Story and QR Code feature

Instagram already has an option to automatically share story to your Facebook story. Now WhatsApp is said to be testing “Add to Facebook Story” feature to share WhatsApp Status with images, videos, GIFs and text to Facebook Story. Unlike Instagram, this is not automatic, and has to be shared manually.
