TCL Communication at the CES 2019 introduced new Alcatel 1 Series smartphones – Alcatel 1X (2019) and Alcatel 1C (2019), sucessors of last year’s 1X and 1C models. The new 1X has an HD+ screen, comes with dual rear cameras and also has a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor. The new 1C Android Oreo Go Edition smartphone has an FWVGA+ screen and a non-slip, textured finish.
Alcatel has launched 3T 8, the company’s latest tablet in India. It packs a 8-inch (1280 x 800 Pixels) display, is powered by a quad-core MediaTek MT8765 processor, runs on Android 8.1 (Oreo), has an 8-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. It has 4G VoLTE connectivity via SIM and support for voice calling through headset or speaker.

It packs a 6-inch FHD+ display, is powered by an Octa-Core MediaTek Helio P23 SoC with 2GB of RAM, runs Android 8.1 (Oreo), has a 12-megapixel rear camera along with a 2-megapixel secondary rear camera to capture depth information for portrait shots, and a 8-megapixel camera on the front. Alcatel launched A3 10 4G Android tablet in India back in June last year with 2GB RAM and 16GB storage. Today it has launched the 3GB RAM with 32GB storage version in the country. TCL Communication, along with the new Alcatel smartphones announced two new 1T series of tablets ahead of MWC 2018. Both these run Android 8.1 Oreo and feature Kids Mode, a dedicated mode that comes with pre-loaded applications and content, such as games, kid’s camera, and drawing app and also has built-in parental control interface to set usage limits. Alcatel has launched A5 LED and A7 smartphones in India. The A5 LED was introduced at the MWC earlier this and comes with LIGHTUP+ MOD that lights up with colors in different patterns. You can assign different LED cover patterns for incoming calls, messages, alarms, and social media alerts. The LED back cover is removable.
