AMD Ryzen 7900X review

More than a year since they teased their next generation processors based on the Zen4 architecture, AMD has finally launched the newest Ryzen 7000-series of processors. To start with, the company has launched 4 new processors in the lineup, with core counts ranging from 6 cores all the way to 16 cores. In the middle of the lineup is the Ryzen 7900X, featuring 12 cores, 24 threads and an increased TDP of 170W. AMD and Qualcomm to optimize FastConnect for Ryzen processors

Qualcomm and AMD have signed a partnership to contribute to the optimization of Qualcomm’s FastConnect system on AMD Ryzen processor-based computing platforms. AMD revealed new graphics cards in the Radeon RX 6000 series today, touting better game clocking as well as memory. The RX 6650 XT, RX 6750 XT, and RX 6950 XT are three new GPUs in the Radeon RX 6000 series. AMD Radeon RX 6700XT Overview

AMD launched the Radeon RX 6700XT GPU back in March 2021 as part of their Radeon 6000-series graphics cards. These new cards feature AMD’s RDNA 2 architecture, and they are the first from AMD to have hardware ray-tracing capabilities. AMD Ryzen Pro 6000 series processors for laptops announced

AMD’s Ryzen PRO series, based on the Zen3+ architecture, was first announced at CES 2022 and is now available for purchase. The Ryzen PRO 6000 series will have up to 8 cores and 16 threads, with a 4.9 GHz clock speed. This would be the new Ryzen mobile processor generation for educational and business laptops.
