Ranging from between Rs. 5,999 to Rs. 15,999, the ET701, XT811 and XT911 tablets are a marked improvement over their first effort. Flipkart has launched five new tablets powered by dual-core Clover Trail+ Intel Atom processors in the Digiflip Pro series as expected. The entry-level Digiflip Pro ET 701 has a 7-inch (1024 x 600 pixels) IPS display, Digiflip Pro XT811 and XT801 tablets have a 8-inch (1280 x 800 pixels) HD IPS display, Digiflip Pro XT911 and XT901 tablets have a 8.9-inch (1920 x 1200 pixels) full HD IPS display. Recently Flipkart sent out press invites for the launch of its Intel Atom-powered tablet on August 27th. Today the online retailer has posted a teaser image of the tablet with Digiflip Pro and Intel brandings on the back. The image has the wordings Packed with features. Powered by intelligence. This clearly shows that it would be powered by Intel processor and come with new features that were not present in its Digiflip Pro XT 712 tablet. Flipkart has just sent us an invite for a tablet launch in partnership with Intel. The invite reads What’s in red, grey, pearl white and blue? It will be powered by an Intel processor. It is clear that it’s going to be a tablet, looking from the invite. It has an earpiece on the top, so it is likely to come with voice calling capabilities. Priced at Rs. 9,999, the tablet comes with a 7-inch HD display, Dual SIM support with voice calling and 3G connectivity. Flipkart launched its first tablet Digiflip Pro XT 712 under its own brand last month. We brought you the unboxing of the tablet last week, here we have the benchmarks of the tablet. Unlike most other tablets powered by a MT6582 processor, this one has a MediaTek MT8382 SoC with 500 MHz Mali 400-MP2 GPU. It has a 7-inch (1280 x 800 pixels) multi touch IPS display. It packs 1GB RAM and runs on Android 4.2.2 (Jelly Bean) OS. Check out the synthetic benchmark scores below.
Flipkart was rumored to be launching a smartphone, but they dropped that plan and now, have launched a tablet under Rs. 10,000. The Flipkart Digiflip Pro XT 712 comes with a MediaTek SoC and 7inch HD display along with voice calling. Flipkart has decided to do what other manufacturers have been doing for a while – get a product from China, rebrand it and sell it in India. Flipkart has a lot of reach and it hopes to sell its tablet because of its big customer network.

It has a 7-inch HD IPS display, powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core processor with Mali 400 GPU and runs on Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean).
