Gionee launched its high-end full metal-body S6 Pro last month in India for Rs. 23,999. The smartphone was first announced in China earlier this year in June and it is essentially a slightly tweaked version of the recently launched Gionee S6s. Gionee India has sent out invites for the launch of a new smartphone with selfie flash in India on August 22nd. The invite just reads “The Director’s Cut” along with the date. Gionee recently introduced M6 and M6 Plus smartphones in the Marathon series with huge batteries, but neither of them have selfie flash.
