HTC A100 tablet with Unisoc Tiger T618 SoC, 8GB RAM surfaces in Google Play Console Listing

While HTC is not exactly popular in the Android space, the company is still quite dedicated in developing new mid-range smartphones and tablets. According to a leak from a Google Play Console listing, HTC is reportedly developing a new mid-range tablet with the name A100.

HTC has silently introduced Wildfire E3, the company’s latest budget smartphone in the Wildfire series and the successor of last year’s Wildfire E2 in Russia. This packs a 6.517-inch HD+ waterdrop notch screen that houses a 13-megapixel camera, is powered by MediaTek Helio P22 SoC with  4GB of RAM, runs Android 10, comes with a 13-megapixel rear camera along with an 8-megapixel ultra-wide sensor and a 2-megapixel depth and a 2-megapixel macro camera. HTC has introduced Wildfire E Lite, the new smartphone in the Wildfire series in South Africa. This comes after the Wildfire E2 that was introduced last year. It is an Android 10 (Go Edition) smartphone that packs a 5.45-inch HD+ screen, is powered by  Helio A22 Quad-Core 12nm SoC with 2GB of RAM, has an 8-megapixel rear camera along with VGA depth sensor, and a 5-megapixel front camera. HTC schedules new smartphone launch event for June 16

HTC has scheduled an event on June 16th in Taiwan to introduce a new smartphone. The company also says  “1+1 unlimited possibilities”, and the invite has Vive icon along with the HTC icon. Update — June 4, 2020: The HTC Desire 20 Pro has surfaced on Google Play’s Console Device Catalog with the  codename “htc_bymdugl” and model name “HTC 2Q9J10000” that reveals FHD+ (2340×1080 pixels) display along with Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 SoC, 6GB of RAM and Android 10 that were confirmed in benchmark leak earlier. HTC has introduced Wildfire R70, the company’s latest smartphone in India after Wildfire X back in August last year. It has a 6.53-inch HD+ waterdrop notch display with 19.5:9 aspect ratio, is powered by MediaTek Helio P23 SoC with 2GB RAM, runs Android Pie, has a 16-megapixel rear camera along with a 2-megapixel super macro lens and a 2-megapixel depth sensing camera for portrait shots. HTC Vive Cosmos VR headset with flip-up design, 90Hz refresh rate launched in India

Earlier this year at CES, HTC announced the Vive Cosmos VR headset alongside Vivo Pro Eye headset. Following the global availability announcement last month, HTC has launched the Vive Cosmos VR headset in India that also includes free VIVEPORT Infinity membership.

HTC Exodus 1s cheaper native Blockchain smartphone starts rolling out

HTC introduced the Exodus 1 as its first blockchain-powered smartphone last year. It announced Exodus 1s, a cheaper version back in May and said that it will be available in Q3, now it has started rolling out the phone at Berlin’s Lightning conference.  HTC says that running a full Bitcoin node “is still quite experimental,” and it recommends that users connect to Wi-Fi and plug their devices into a power source while doing so.
