Now detailed specifications of the phone has surfaced that reveals familiar specifications including Snapdragon 845 SoC and 8-megapixel dual front cameras. HTC Desire 12+ with 6-inch full-screen display, Snapdragon 450, dual rear cameras, Android 8.0 and Desire 12 announced

HTC just announced Desire 12 and Desire 12+ smartphones in the Desire series. These have a 5.5-inch and 6-inch HD+ full-screen displays, and the similarity ends there. HTC U12+ with 6-inch QHD+ display, Snapdragon 845, dual front and rear cameras surface, expected in May

Detailed specifications of the upcoming U12 smartphone surfaced  earlier this month. Now the first image of the U12+ has surfaced along with few other details, thanks to @evleaks. According to the report the phone will come with a horizontal dual rear camera arrangement, feature dual 8-megapixel front-facing cameras for bokeh effects, similar to the HTC U11 EYEs that was introduced  earlier this year. The U12+ will compete with the S9+ and the company might not introduce the standard U12.
