Sprint just tweeted that their CEO Dan Hesse just announced that the HTC EVO 4G will be available on June 4 at a cool price of $199. Sprint is claiming that the EVO 4G can do Mobile Video Chat, Simultaneous Voice and Data and HD Video Capture all over their 4G network.

HTC just fired back at Apple’s earlier lawsuit by suing Apple over infringement of 5 HTC patents and the phone maker has filed a complaint with the ITC to ban import of iPad, iPhone and iPod into USA. Interesting turn of events we should say . Now both Nokia and HTC are asking the ITC to ban import of Apple products into America.

We have seen the Google Nexus One and the HTC Desire separately. Now we found a photo gallery which shows both these Android phones side by Side. As you can see in the pics, the HTC Desire sports the famous HTC Sense UI which is missing on the Nexus One. Also the trackball on the N1 is replaced by the optical trackpad on the Desire. The FCC (Federal Communications Commission) is known to be a source from which many leaks are spotted. But usually they just post blueprints of phones and not the real live photos. But this time, that’s exactly what they did.
In a interesting turn of events Microsoft who is the maker of Windows Mobile Operating System has signed a Patent agreement with phone maker HTC. Taiwan based HTC has been one of the biggest supporters of Windows Mobile so far and now they are one of the major adopters of Android with handsets like the Google Nexus One, HTC Desire and Legend.As a part of the new agreement HTC will have to pay Microsoft a royalty. Looks like Android OS has some Intellectual Property issues.
HTC’s Mass Market Smart phone based on the BREW platform – HTC Smart is now available at HTC dealers across the country and it marks the handset makers entry into a new territory – the sub 10K price band.
The Google Nexus One is finally available in Vodafone UK for Pre-Order.
