Karbonn A4 Plus

Karbonn A4+, successor of the Karbonn A4 in the Smart series is now available from online retailer Saholic. It has a 4.0-inch (480 × 800 pixels) TFT capacitive touch screen display and is powered by a 1 GHz dual-core processor and runs on Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich). It packs a 3.2-megapixel rear camera, but it  lacks a front-facing camera. It has dual SIM support with dual standby and has 2G (EDGE) connectivity. Karbonn Titanium S5 went on sale back in March. We brought you the unboxing of the device earlier this week, here we have the benchmarks of the device. The Karbonn Titanium S5 is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 MSM8625Q processor with Adreno 203 GPU. It has a 5-inch qHD  (960 × 540 pixels) multi-touch capacitive touch screen IPS display and runs on Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean). Let’s find out how it performs in the benchmark tests.

The Karbonn Titanium S5 was launched a couple of months back as a slightly updated Titanium S1 with an improved battery and cameras. The Titanium S5 then went on a huge ad-spend to be well known as the sleek Karbonn phone that can be seen during IPL matches. We have it in our labs for testing finally, and thought it would be nice to show you the Karbonn Titanium S5 box and its contents. So, here you go, the Karbonn Titanium S5 unboxing video –

Karbonn A7 Star, successor of the A7+ is now available from online retailer Snapdeal. It has a 4.5-inch (854 ×480 pixels) FWVGA capacitive touch screen display and runs on Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich), similar to the Karbonn A12 that went on sale earlier this year, but this comes with 2G (EDGE) support. It is powered by a 1 GHz dual-core processor, has a 5-megapixel auto focus camera with LED flash and a 0.3MP (VGA) front-facing camera. It also comes with dual SIM support with dual standby. Karbonn launched the A7 back in July and A7+ in October last year. Both these phones had a 3.5-inch screen and Android 2.3. Karbonn S2 Titanium went on pre-order online earlier this week. The phone is now available from online retailers Snapdeal, Infibeam and Saholic. It has a 5-inch FWVGA screen (854×480 pixels), powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core processor and runs on Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean). It comes with a 8-megpixel auto-focus camera with LED flash and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera similar to the S5 Titanium. Karbonn S2 Titanium

Karbonn is all set to launch the S2 Titanium, the company’s new Android smartphone in their Titanium range. The S1 Titanium which was launched earlier this year had a 4.5-inch qHD  (960 × 540 pixels)  display and the S5 Titanium went on sale back in March had a larger 5-inch display with the same qHD resolution. The Karbonn S2 Titanium would come with a similar 5-inch display, but this would come with a FWVGA screen (854×480 pixels). Karbonn Smart Tab TA-FONE A37 went on sale online earlier today, now Karbonn Smart Tab TA-FONE A34 is on sale from online retailer Infibeam.  It has a 7-inch (800 x 480 pixels) capacitive touch screen display similar to the A37, but it comes with a 1GHz single-core processor and runs on Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich). It has 2G support, voice calling and SMS through dual SIM card slots similar to the Penta T-Pad WS708C and the Swipe Halo Value Tablet  that were launched recently. Karbonn launched the Karbonn A6 and A3 are now available from online retailers Snapdeal and Flipkart in India. The Karbonn A4, which lies between both these phones is listed on Flipkart, but no details about the pricing or the availability yet. All these phones come with dual SIM support, but lack 3G support. The Karbonn A6  comes with a 4-inch (480 x 800 pixels) capactitive touch screen display and runs on Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich). The Karbonn A4 has a 4-inch (320 x 480 Pixels) display and the Karbonn A3 comes with a 3.5-inch (320 x 480 Pixels). Both the A4 and the A3 run on Android 2.3 (Gingerbread). Karbonn Smart A111, a new dual SIM Android Smartphone is now available from online retailer Flipkart. It has a 5-inch (480 x 800 pixels) capacitive touch screen display. It is powered by a 1.2 GHz dual-core Snapdragon processor and runs on Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich), similar to Karbonn A21 and A9+, that were launched last year. It has a 5MP auto focus camera at the back and a front-facing camera.
