LG just launched the G8X ThinQ smartphone in India after it was introduced back in September at the IFA. It packs a 6.4-inch FullVision FHD+ OLED display, is powered by Snapdragon 855 with 6GB of RAM, runs Android Pie with improved user interface with a cleaner design, refreshed icons and tabs such as Dial, Call logs, and Contacts moving to the bottom of the display so that users can get even more done with only one hand, has dual rear cameras, 13MP 136-degree super wide-angle and 12MP standard sensor. There is also a 32-megapixel camera that merges four pixels to form large 1.6μm pixels for better output. LG UltraFine Display Ergo 4K, UltraGear Gaming 4K and UltraWide 144Hz QHD monitors announced ahead of CES 2020

LG Electronics is slated to launch their next generation Ultra series monitors during CES 2020 next year. The new Ultra series, part of its premium monitor segment, will feature three main models; the UltraFine for the professionals, UltraGear for the gamers and the UltraWide for the widescreen enthusiasts.

LG Gram 17 2020 with 10th Gen Intel Core processors, bigger battery announced [Update: New Gram 14, Gram 15 and Gram 2-in-1]

LG sues TCL over LTE patents in Germany

LG has filed lawsuits against Chinese handset manufacturer TCL in Germany for infringing its LTE technology patents. Three lawsuits include, minimizing the loss of packet transmission, control timers for uplink synchronization and interference reduction in the uplink synchronizing process. LG Q3 2019 profits down 30.45% YoY due to weak smartphone sales

LG Electronics has reported revenues of 15.7 trillion won (US$ 13.15 billion) for the third quarter that ended September 30, 2019, which is up 1.8% compared to the same quarter last year. It posted profits of 781.4 billion won (US$ 654.4 million), up 19.79% YoY, while net profit was down 30.45% YoY to 345.7 billion won. Decrease in profits is primarily due to losses from mobile communications in the quarter, even home appliance, home entertainment and business solutions business units posted strong results. LG partners with Qualcomm to develop webOS Auto in-vehicle infotainment

LG Electronics (LG) and Qualcomm Technologies Inc. have announced today their partnership to further develop LG’s connected in-vehicle infotainment system, webOS Auto. The partnership aims to integrate the features of LG’s webOS and Qualcomm’s Snapdragon Automotive Development Platform (ADP) to create a more convenient experience for drivers and passengers.

LG launched the W10, W30 and W30 Pro in the new ‘W series’ at an event in India back in June. Both the W10 and W30 went on sale in July. Now the W30 Pro is available from Amazon. LG G8X ThinQ with 6.4-inch FHD+ OLED display, Snapdragon 855 global roll out begins Nov 1, price revealed

LG introduced the G8X ThinQ at the IFA last month,  and it started rolling out as V50S ThinQ with 5G support in Korea earlier this month. Today the company has announced the global roll out for the G8X ThinQ, which will be available in the U.S. on November 1 followed by key markets around the world such as Brazil, Germany, Japan, Mexico, Spain and Turkey over the next several weeks. It will be sold in the U.S. unlocked at $699.99 (Rs. 49,630 approx.) on Amazon as well as AT&T and Sprint. The company is also offering LG Dual Screen worth $300 for eligible customers when discounted through carrier agreements. It will be available for pre-order from Friday, Oct. 25 and will vary by wireless provider and retailer.

LG started beta testing for G8 ThinQ in Korea back in May. Today the company has confirmed that it will roll out stable Android 10 update for the phone this month starting from Korea. LG introduce the G8X ThinQ smartphone at the IFA 2019 last month and said that it will be introduced as V50S ThinQ with 5G support in Korea. Today the company announced the roll out of V50S ThinQ in Korea. It packs a 6.4-inch FullVision FHD+ OLED display, is powered by Snapdragon 855 with 8GB of RAM, runs Android Pie with improved user interface, has dual rear cameras, 13MP 136-degree super wide-angle and 12MP standard sensor. There is also a 32-megapixel camera that merges four pixels to form large 1.6μm pixels for better output.

LG just launched G8s ThinQ, the company’s latest top-end smartphone in India, after it was introduced at the MWC earlier this year.  It has a 6.2-inch FullVision FHD+  OLED display, is powered by Snapdragon 855 with 6GB of RAM, runs Android Pie, has triple rear cameras that includes a 12-megapixel main camera, 13-megapixel 137˚ super wide-angle camera and a 12-megapixel telephoto lens. It has stereo speakers, 3.5mm headphone jack and DAC, 2.5D Corning Gorilla Glass back, MIL-STD 810G compliance and IP68 water and dust resistance.

LG Q60 with 6.26-inch 19:9 FullVision display, triple rear cameras, military-level durability launched in India for Rs. 13490

LG just launched its Q60 smartphone in India, months after it was introduced at the MWC in February. It has a 6.26-inch 19:9 HD+ FullVision waterdrop notch display, is powered by MediaTek Helio P22 SoC with 3GB of RAM, runs Android Pie, has triple rear cameras that includes 16MP primary camera with Phase Detection Auto Focus (PDAF), 5MP with Super Wide Angle and a 2MP shooter with Depth Sensor. It also has a 13MP front camera.
