Meizu HALO Bluetooth headset with glowing laser light and POP Bluetooth water-resistant earbuds announced
Meizu along with the 15 series smartphones also introduced its new Halo headset, which is a Bluetooth in-ear headset with built-in laser light in the cable that can flash with the music beat. It uses OSRAM laser diode so the brightness is 5x more compared to traditional LED, says Meizu. It also has CORNING custom side-emitting glass fiber, so the brightness is thorough and uniform. It also has customized app to adjust laser brightness, switch mode and other functions.

Meizu 15 and 15 Plus with Super AMOLED displays, 12MP + 20MP dual rear cameras and Meizu 15 Lite announced
Meizu just announced 15, 15 Plus and 15 Lite smartphones at an event in China, as it had promised. The Meizu 15 has a 5.46-inch Full HD Super AMOLED display from Samsung with 1.175mm ultra-narrow frame and the 15 Plus has a 5.95-inch Quad HD Super AMOLED display from Samsung with 84.4% screen-to-body ratio. Both the phones have a 12-megapixel rear camera with Sony IMX380 sensor, 1.55μm pixel size, f/1.8 aperture along with a 20-megapixel secondary telephoto lens with Sony IMX350 sensor for portrait shots and 3x loss-less zoom and a 20-megapixel front facing camera with AI beauty recognition and Face unlock. Meizu M15, 15 and 15 Plus detailed specifications surface ahead of April 22 announcement
Meizu recently scheduled an event on April 22nd to introduced its Meizu 15 series smartphones as well as Flyme 7.0 OS. Now detailed specifications of the M15, 15 and 15 Plus has surfaced in China. Meizu PRO 7 with dual AMOLED displays, dual rear cameras launched in India for Rs. 22999
Meizu today launched the PRO 7, the company’s first smartphone with dual displays and dual rear cameras in India. It was introduced back in July last year and packs a 5.2-inch 1080p Super AMOLED display along with a 1.9-inch Super AMOLED 307 PPI secondary display on the back to show info such as weather, time and notifications. It also has 12-megapixel dual rear cameras with monochrome and color sensors offering portrait images with background blur along with a 16-megapixel front camera. Meizu E3 with 5.99-inch FHD+ display, Snapdragon 636, 6GB RAM, 12MP + 20MP dual rear cameras announced
Meizu just announced E3, the company’s latest smartphone in the ‘E Series’ in China, as it had promised. It has a 5.99-inch Full HD+ 18:9 display, is powered by Snapdragon 636 with 6GB RAM, but it still runs Android 7.1 (Nougat) with Flyme OS 6.3 on top. It has a 12-megapixel rear camera with dual-tone LED flash, Dual PD full-pixel focus for 0.026s fast focus along with a 20-megapixel secondary camera, to capture depth information for portrait shots and 2.5x loss-less zoom. Last month Meizu sent out a teaser for the media outlets in China that hinted at the E3 announcement on March 6th. Meizu recently sent out invites for the announcement of E3, successor of last year’s E2 in China on March 6. Now the smartphone has surfaced on TENAA in China with the model numbers M851M and M851Q. This shows a unibody metal design for the phone, 5.99-inch FHD+ 18:9 display, 12-megapixel + 2-megapixel dual rear cameras as well as side-mounted fingerprint sensor that was first introduced in the M6s last month. Meizu M6s with 5.7-inch full-screen display, metal body, side-mounted fingerprint sensor announced
Meizu just announced M6s, the company’s latest mid-range smartphone in the M series, as it had promised. It was introduced as Meizu S6 in China. It packs a 5.7-inch HD+ 18:9 display and is the first smartphone to be powered by Samsung Exynos 7872 Hexa-Core SoC with Mali-G71 GPU. It has a 16-megapixel rear camera with dual-tone LED flash and an 8-megapixel front-facing camera.
Meizu M6s with full-screen display surfaces on certification site ahead of January 17 announcement
This week Meizu confirmed that it will introduce the M6s smartphone on January 17th, which will be called Meizu S6 in China. Today images of the smartphone has been revealed by TENAA that shows the phone’s 18:9 aspect ratio screen with minimal bezels. It also shows side-mounted fingerprint sensor on the right side, just below the power button.

Meizu, along with the M6 announced M20, its latest 10,000mAh power bank with support for two-way fast charging, similar to the predecessor that was introduced back in 2015. It has 24W output, compared to 18W in the predecessor. It also has 18W input so you can charge it fully in 3.5 hours using a fast charger. It has support for MediaTek dual fast charging. Meizu just announced M6, its latest budget smartphone and the successor of last year’s M5 in China, but it is just a minor upgrade. It packs a 5.2-inch HD 2.5D curved glass screen, is powered by a 1.5 GHz Octa-Core 64-bit MediaTek MT6750 processor and runs on Android 7.0 (Nougat)-based FlymeOS 6 on top. Meizu today introduced EP52, it’s latest Bluetooth stereo headset and the successor of last year’s EP51 at the m6 note launch event in China. It has a Free-Edge diaphragm design, improved sound quality and endurance and promises 8 hours of battery life. It is also waterproof with IPX5 ratings. Meizu M6 Note with 5.5-inch 1080p display, Snapdragon 625, dual rear cameras, 16MP front camera announced
Meizu just announced M6 Note, the company’s latest smartphone in the Note series at an event in China, as it had promised. It a 5.5-inch 1080p 2.5D curved glass display, similar to the predecessor, but this is powered by an Octa-Core Snapdragon 625 Mobile platform instead of MediaTek Helio P10 SoC and also comes with a 12-megapixel primary rear camera with f/1.9 aperture, dual-tone quad-LED flash arranged in antenna lines and dual PD focusing technology for fast focus in just 0.0.3 seconds along with a secondary 5-megapixel rear camera to capture depth information.
