Microsoft to bring Xbox PC games to NVIDIA GeForce Now, Call of Duty games to Nintendo with 10-year deal

Microsoft and NVIDIA have signed a 10-year agreement to make Xbox PC games available on NVIDIA’s GeForce NOW cloud gaming platform, which has a membership of 25 million people in more than 100 countries. In 2022, Microsoft joined forces with Meta to bring Teams, Windows 365, and Xbox Cloud Gaming to Quest devices. NVIDIA at its CES 2023 event introduced the GeForce RTX 4070 Ti, after the launch of RTX 4090 and RTX 4080 in September. This is nothing but the 12GB model of the RTX 4080 which the company announced, but didn’t launch at that time. ASUS ROG SWIFT 500Hz gaming monitor announced

ASUS Republic of Gamers (ROG) announced today the ROG Swift 500Hz, the world’s first esports gaming monitor with a refresh rate of 500Hz. In terms of display technology, ASUS ROG has always been at the forefront. ASUS introduced the first 144 Hz 1080p gaming display a decade ago. Acer launches new Nitro 5 laptops with 15.6″ FHD 144Hz display, 12th Gen Intel i5 / i7 processors, Up to RTX 3050 Ti GPU in India

An all-new Nitro 5 laptops, powered by the 12th Gen Intel Core i5 & i7 processors, was unveiled today by Acer as an upgrade to last year’s models. The laptop boasts a screen-to-body ratio of 80%, a refresh rate of 165 Hz, and a response time of just 3 ms. It comes with Microsoft’s new operating system, Windows 11, as well as a new chassis that has two fans for cooling, an intake on the top and bottom, and four exhaust ports. NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090 Ti GPU announced; ASUS, COLORFUL and more partner cards launched

Yesterday, NVIDIA announced their new flagship 30-series GPU for desktops – the GeForce RTX 3090 Ti, after the company teased it at the CES. It features 10,752 CUDA cores, 78 RT-TFLOPs, 24GB of GDDR6X memory, and more. Along with NVIDIA’s Founder’s edition cards, ASUS and Colorful have announced their own versions of the 3090 Ti.

NVIDIA’s $40 billion acquisition of ARM falls through due to regulatory hurdles

NVIDIA’s plans to acquire ARM Ltd from its owner, Softbank Group Corp. has collapsed due to regulatory hurdles. In December 2021, the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) sued to block the acquisition, and along with the added pressure from regulatory bodies in other countries, NVIDIA and Softbank Group have decided to terminate the agreement.

NVIDIA introduces new GeForce RTX 3080 12GB version

NVIDIA introduced GeForce RTX 3080 GPU back in September 2020 along with the RTX 3070 and the RTX 3090 and the RTX 3080 Ti was introduced last year. NVIDIA introduces GeForce RTX 3050 desktop GPU, 3070 Ti and 3080 Ti laptop GPUs, teases RTX 3090 Ti GPU

After introducing RTX 3050 laptop GPU last year, NVIDIA at its CES event introduced the RTX 3050 desktop GPU built on Nvidia’s Ampere architecture, has 8GB of GDDR6 VRAM and promises up to 60FPS 1080p gaming. It also introduced RTX 3070 Ti and 3080 Ti laptop GPUs for 1440p gaming at up to 100 fps and up to 120 fps, respectively. NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2050, GeForce MX570 and MX550 entry-level laptop GPUs announced

NVIDIA has announced  new GeForce RTX 2050,  GeForce MX550 and GeForce MX570 laptop GPUs for entry-level gaming laptops that will be released in 2022. NVIDIA said that the RTX 2050 features new RT Cores, Tensor Cores, and NVIDIA Encoder to enable features including ray tracing, NVIDIA DLSS, Reflex, and Broadcast, among others. FTC sues NVIDIA to block its $40 billion acquisition of ARM

Last year in September, NVIDIA announced that it has signed a deal to acquire the entirety of ARM Limited for a sum of $40 billion, and the acquisition was scheduled to be completed within 18 months. NVIDIA introduces RTX 3080 membership tier for GeForce NOW

NVIDIA has announced a new subscription tier for their GeForce NOW Cloud gaming service called the GeForce NOW RTX 3080. As the name suggests, the service will enable cloud gaming on a GeForce RTX 3080 GPU, allowing members to stream games at up to 1440p at a 120fps.
