After announcing that Anuj Sharma has moved from POCO back to Xiaomi as the Chief Marketing Officer, last week, POCO today announced that it has appointed Himanshu Tandon as its India head. The company said that he has been a part of the founding team of POCO in India and has helped scale the brand over the years. POCO X4 GT could be a rebranded Redmi Note 11T reveals FCC, could be powered by Dimensity 8100

POCO has recently introduced the POCO F4 GT to global markets. Xiaomiui has discovered the model IDs “2AFZZ1216” and “2AFZZ1216U” on the FCC certification database, indicating that the company is working on a range of phones. POCO just launched the M4 5G, the company’s latest mid-range 5G smartphone in India, as it had promised. It has a 6.58-inch Full HD+ LCD screen with 90Hz refresh rate with variable 30Hz, 60Hz and 90Hz options, and comes with a an 8-megapixel camera on the front inside the notch. The phone is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC with up to 6GB of RAM, 2GB of virtual RAM and support for 7 5G bands and runs Android 12 with MIUI 13. POCO F4 GT with 6.67″ FHD+ 120Hz OLED display, Snapdragon 8 Gen 1, up to 12GB RAM, gaming triggers announced

POCO just announced the POCO F4 GT, the company’s latest gaming smartphone in a global event, as it had promised. It has similar internals as the Redmi K50 gaming edition that was introduced in China back in February, but has a different design. It packs a 6.67-inch FHD+ flexible OLED 10-bit display with 120Hz high refresh rate, 480Hz touch sampling rate, 1,920Hz PWM color adjustment, TrueColor and MEMC technology. POCO launched the POCO F3 GT handset back in July 2021 in India. The POCO F3 GT is the second POCO F-series handset to launch in India. The handset is a rebranded Redmi K40 Game Enhanced Edition that launched a few months back in China. POCO F3 GT boots the company’s proprietary MIUI 12.5 on top of Android 11.

Xiaomi, Redmi and POCO MIUI 13 Update Tracker [Update: Redmi Note 10 Pro and Pro Max get Android 12-based MIUI 13 in India]
