Vivo launched V7+ selfie-focused smartphone in India back in September. Now it has introduced Y79 smartphone with similar specifications. Vivo launched the V7+ selfie-focused smartphone in India last month for Rs. 21990. We already brought you the review of the phone, here we have the battery life test results of the phone. Vivo X20 and X20 Plus with FHD+ Full screen display, Snapdragon 660, dual rear cameras announced
Vivo today announced its X20 and X20 Plus smartphones at an event in China, as it had promised. The X20 and X20 Plus have a 6.01-inch and 6.43-inch Full HD+ 18:9 Super AMOLED 2.5D curved glass screens with 85.3% and 86.11% screen-to-body ratio, respectively and are powered by Snapdragon 660 with 4GB of RAM. These have a 12-megapixel rear camera with secondary 5-megapixel camera with dual pixel technology and 0.03s dual focus.
Vivo X20 with full screen display, Face unlock to be announced on September 21
After several teasers Vivo has announced that it will unveil X20 smartphone at an event in China on September 21st. The company already confirmed it will come with full screen 18:9 display and Face Wake or Face Unlock that will unlock the phone in just 0.1 seconds.

Vivo has launched Y69, the company’s latest mid-range selfie-focused smartphone with a 16-megapixel front-facing camera with soft flash in India. It packs a 5.5-inch HD 2.5d curved glass display, is powered by an Octa-Core MediaTek MT6750 processor and a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, similar to the Y66 that was launched earlier this year, but this runs on Android 7.0 (Nougat) and has a fingerprint sensor on the front. Vivo V7+ selfie-focused smartphone launching in India on September 7
Vivo just sent out invites for the launch V7+, its upcoming smartphone in the ‘V series’ and the successor of last year’s V5 Plus in India on September 7th in India. The invite says Get Ready to Capture Clear Shot Clear Moment and also says that Redefine the selfie experience with the revolutionary selfie camera that reveals that it will be a selfie-focused smartphone, similar to the predecessor. It also shows minimal bezels, but we have to wait to find out how the original phone is.

Vivo V5 Plus gets Rs. 3000 price cut in India
Vivo V5 Plus was launched earlier this for Rs. 27980, later it got a price cut to Rs. 25990 when the IPL Limited Edition smartphone in Matte Black was launched in April. Now the phone has received a Rs. 3000 price cut and is available for Rs. 22,990 from Flipkart, Amazon.in as well as offline retailers across the country. Vivo launched its selfie-focused V5s smartphone in India back in April in Crown Gold and Matte Black colors. Today it has launched the Energetic Blue color variant of the phone in the country. Apart from the color, other specifications are same, including a 20-megapixel front-facing camera with Sony IMX376 1/2.78″ sensor, f/2.0 aperture and 5p lens, selfie light, which is called ‘Moonlight Glow’, fingerprint sensor and more. Vivo X9s and X9s Plus with 20MP + 5MP dual front cameras, Android 7.1 announced
Vivo just announced X9s and X9s Plus, the company’s flagship smartphones and the successors of last year’s X9 and X9 Plus in the ‘X series’ in China. Both the phones have a 20-megapixel front-facing camera along with a 5-megapixel camera for capturing depth information when shooting selfies. The company says that you can adjust f/0.95 to f/16 equivalent aperture. Both the phones have a 16-megapixel rear camera. The X9s Plus also has RK1608 DSP for processing RAW captures. Vivo shows off Under Display Ultrasonic Fingerprint Scanning solution
After Qualcomm introduced its next-gen fingerprint scanning solution, Vivo has announced its Under Display Fingerprint Scanning Solution called Vivo Under Display that offers under-display fingerprint scanning. The company demoed it for the first time at the MWC 2017 Shanghai on a prototype and will be used it its future smartphone.
