vivo has launched Y21L, the company’s latest smartphone with voice-over-LTE (VoLTE) support. It has a 4.5-inch FWVGA screen, is powered by a quad-core Snapdragon 410 SoC and run on Android 5.1 (Lollipop). It has a 5-megapixel rear camera with LED flash a 2-megapixel front-facing camera. It has dual SIM support.

Qualcomm has signed a 3G/4G China Patent License Agreement with vivo. Under the terms of the agreement, Qualcomm has granted vivo a royalty-bearing patent license to develop, manufacture and sell 3G WCDMA and CDMA2000 and 4G LTE (including “3-mode” GSM, TD-SCDMA and LTE-TDD) complete devices for use in China. vivo has finally announced its X7 and X7 Plus smartphones in China, as it had promised. The X7 has a 5.2-inch 1080p Super AMOLED display ultra-narrow bezels and the X7 Plus has a 5.7-inch 1080p Super AMOLED display with 1.75mm ultra-narrow frame.
