Xiaomi Mi In-Ear Headphones Unboxing
Xiaomi showcased its Mi in-ear headphones / earphones at the Mi 3 launched event last month. It comes in several variants, here we have the Piston 2 model that recently won the iF Design Award 2014 in Germany. The packing varies depending on the countries. In Singapore it comes in a box with IF logo, but in Malaysia, it doesn’t have the logo, like our unit that we have for unboxing. Check out the unboxing below.

Xiaomi Mi Power Banks to go on sale next week on Flipkart
Xiaomi Mi Power Banks will go on sale in India next week, Xiaomi India head Manu Jain said to IBN Live. He also said that it will directly go on sale without any registration. The official Xiaomi flip covers and the screen protector for the Mi 3 that went on pre-order earlier this week, would go on sale next week on Flipkart. These power banks were showcased at the Mi 3 launch event in India last month. These power banks recently got priced at Rs. 799 and Rs. 999 on Flipkart for the 5200mAh and 10400mAh variants respectively. Xiaomi Mi 5200mAh Power Bank Unboxing
We unboxed 10400mAh Mi Power Bank few weeks back, here we have the 5200mAh power bank for unboxing. This has the same anodised aluminium finish on the outside, but it is slightly smaller in size and weighs 155 grams, about 95 grams lesser than the 10400mAh variant. Check out the unboxing below.

Xiaomi unveiled MIUI 6, a major upgrade to MIUI ROM at an event in Beijing on the fourth anniversary of MIUI. This bring a completely new flat user interface that is simple and is also colorful. It has new notification center with toggles for music control panel, notifications for new messages, missed calls, reminders, app notices, and more. There have been some interesting startup ideas in India in the past, but what BuyHatke has managed stands out in more ways than one. The Indian firm has created a Chrome extension, which according to them greatly increases your chances of being able to purchase the elusive Xiaomi Mi 3.

In the wake of privacy concerns, Xiaomi makes cloud messaging optional
Xiaomi managed to get some bad press of late, when a report from Taiwan claimed that the Chinese maker was gathering sensitive user data through its phones. The report said that Xiaomi Redmi Note was found to be sending information to Chinese servers without any such requests from the user.
