Xiaomi has finally announced the most expected Mi Band 3 at the Mi 8 event in China, as it had promised. It has a 0.78-inch OLED display, compared to 0.42-inch in the Mi Band 2 so that it can display more characters including WhatsApp, Facebook or SMS messages, Weather info, caller ID and more. A year after launching the Mi Band 2 in the country, Xiaomi launched the Mi Band HRX Edition in India in partnership with HRX by Hrithik Roshan back in September. This has the same OLED display and a similar design, but doesn’t have a heart rate sensor. I have been using it for over a couple of months now.
