Samsung showcases Galaxy Tab 8.9, 10.1 , Galaxy S2 and bunch of Android Handsets at Southwest Asia Regional Forum
Korean Electronics giant Samsung held it’s first Southwest Asia Regional Forum at New Delhi today. The company launched LED TVs , Bluray players, Monitors, Cameras, Home appliances and Mobile Devices too. Since we are most interested in this aspect, let’s take a look at what Sammy showcased today. The Galaxy S2 along with the Galaxy Tab 8.9,10.1 were shown off. Also a bunch of android handsets – Galaxy Fit, Ace, Pop, Pro were on display. The good news is that the Galaxy S2 is coming to India next month for around Rs.35k. The company did not reveal the pricing of the tabs. We also got hold of the spec sheets of the Galaxy S2 , Tab 8.9 and 10.1 which are embedded below.
Samsung Galaxy Tab 7-inch WiFi-only version priced at $349.99 for USA
Samsung has confirmed that the WiFi-only version of the 7 inch Galaxy Tab will be available at its retail and online stores from April 10th onwards in US. The Galaxy Tab runs on Android 2.2 Froyo OS, which is powered by a 1 Ghz processor and features a 7-inch TFT 1024 x 600 pixel resolution display, 3-megapixel rear camera, a secondary 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera for video chat, 32GB of internal storage, Adobe Flash Player 10.1 support, WiFi, Bluetooth 3.0 and GPS. The tablet comes with a price tag of $349.99.
