Like every year, AnTuTu has released a chart of the best performing smartphones of the year 2015. Now, with the release of AnTuTu 6.0, other platforms are also included and that is good because the Apple iPhone 6s and 6s Plus top the chart.

Huawei Mate 8 Hands on: First impressions
Huawei announced the Mate 8 smartphone for the global market at the on-going Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas. The device carries the same form factor of the Nexus 6P, which is also built by Huawei but has a huge 6-inch display.

Huawei announced the flagship Mate 8 smartphone at an event in China back in November last year, today the company has announced the smartphone for international markets at the CES 2016. To remind you, the 6-inch 1080p display with 2.7mm ultra narrow frame, 83% screen-to-body ratio and 2.5D glass, is powered by a Octa-Core HiSilicon Kirin 950 SoC with IntelliSense i5 sensor hub and runs on Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) with Emotion UI 4.0 on top. Huawei Mate 8 with 6-inch 1080p display, Android 6.0 and fingerprint sensor announced
Huawei has announced Mate 8, the company’s latest smartphone in the Mate series at an event in China, as it promised. It packs a 6-inch 1080p display with 2.7mm ultra narrow frame, 83% screen-to-body ratio and 2.5D glass, is powered by a Octa-Core HiSilicon Kirin 950 SoC with IntelliSense i5 sensor hub and runs on Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) with Emotion UI 4.0 on top. It has a 16-megapixel rear camera with Sony IMX298 sensor, dual-tone LED flash, phase-detection auto-focus (PDAF), optical image stabilization (OIS) and uses Huawei’s own ISP. Huawei Mate 8 with Kirin 950 SoC, 4GB RAM surfaces in benchmarks and live images
Huawei Mate 8 codenamed NXT-AL10 has appeared on AnTuTu revealing most of its specifications. It will be powered by Huawei’s latest Kirin 950 Octa-Core SoC that was introduced earlier this month. In AnTuTu, the 4GB RAM variant scores 79131 points, beating its competitors. It scores roughly between 76,000 and 79,000 points, according to AnTuTu. Kirin 950 has up to 2.3 GHz quad-core ARM Cortex 72 CPU + up to 1.8 GHz quad-core ARM Cortex A53 GPU and Mali T880 GPU.
